Seeking sustainability
When LifeProof decided to reduce its environmental impact, we had someone on the team ready to push us down the path of sustainability. We call him David Nebel.
“We were given the green light to investigate new materials and reimagine our product lines,” David Nebel said. “Our ocean has a vast problem of plastic pollution, and heave-hoed fishing gear is a large contributor. The team tracked down a supplier who intercepts old nets and ropes then turns them into raw materials.”
Family dynamics
Now a part of the OtterBox lineup, Frē Series is still invested in waterproof protection that looks sharp and functions great—that includes using a high percentage of ocean-based recycled plastic.
